Red Fish
Red Fish is a west coast hoppy red ale. Columbus, Chinook and Cascade hops give the beer a robust piney nose. Two-row, crystal and cara-red malts give the beer a malty background and a 7% abv.
Malts: Two-row pale, cara-red, blackprinz, and medium crystal
Hops: Cascades, Columbus, and Chinook (dry hopped with cascades and chinook)
Yeast: Chico
Original Gravity: 17.2 plato
Alcohol by volume: 7.0%
Formats: 12 oz. bottles, 1/2 kegs, 1/6 kegs, cask conditioned

Pairs great with big bold foods like brisket, burgers or a grilled pork loin. Port cheeses and cheddar also pair well with this beer
